This FREE Father's Day event will feature teams of kids and teens ages 5-18 working alongside their fathers or grandfathers to take on two epic building challenges for some fantastic prizes!
In our speed build you'll have just 30 minutes to construct any creation you want using the provided LEGO pieces. Although it's a race against the clock, don't forget about quality - the judges will be looking at not only how much you can build in the time limit, but also the details, stability, and overall design of your structure. Teamwork between you and your dad or grandfather will be key to maximizing your building speed while still putting together a quality model. This fast-paced competition is sure to be exciting to watch as builders race to finish their constructions before time runs out.
The creative build competition is your chance to show off your unique LEGO building skills. For this challenge, you'll be given a theme and have to use your imagination and creativity to incorporate that theme into your LEGO structure. It could be anything from building a castle and including elements of transportation to constructing a cityscape and adding nature scenes.
There will be some great prizes for the top LEGO builders at Brick Blast. Everyone will leave with a card for a free minifig at Bricks & Minifigs Greenville. The first, second, and third place teams in both the speed build and creative build competitions will receive some coveted prizes!

Yes, we will have an assortment of crackers and cookies available along with water to drink. If you or your child is on a special diet, we encourage them to pack and bring a snack.
Yes, we will have two age groups: 5-11 and 12-18 so that teams are competing with those of similar ages. Because of the proximity of the spaces, parents will be able to go between each space in case they want to bounce back and forth between their younger and older children.
